We have the technology to produce wear-resistant coatings for pipes and pipeline elements with a diameter of DN100 to DN1600 and with a length of up to 12 meters. 

The inner polyurethane Puga® coating used in pipes and fittings is made by rotational or gravity casting technology into a mould. 
We manufacture products which are successfully used in many strategic sectors of the economy, enabling the reduction of costs of construction and operation of pipe systems and improving the safety of their users: 

Underground mining plants, including excavations at risk of explosion of coal dust and methane, and surface opencast mines:

  • backfill systems,
  • fire protection systems,
  • hydraulic systems,
  • drainage,
  • air conditioning and ventilation systems,
  • transport of sludge and other liquids and suspensions from processing plants,
  • transmission of inert gases.

Type of pipe connection: 

  • flanged according to PN-EN-1092-1 (flat and neck flanges in loose or fixed version - types 01, 11, 02 + 32, 04 + 34 with B1, E/F type sealing faces, 
  • sleeve (developed technology that allows welding without the risk of damage to the polyurethane surface), 
  • grooved (quick assembly couplings), 
  • threaded, 
  • modified (flanges adapted to the individual requirements of the investor and specific fittings such as gate valves, flow meters, etc.), 
  • adapter (connections of pipeline elements with various types of sealing faces). 
     

We have the technology of integrating the seal with the inner shell and flange, which allows our pipelines to be mounted without any additional seals.

PUGA® polyurethane has a lower thermal expansion coefficient compared to other popular plastics used as internal pipeline coatings. It allows to protect steel surfaces at variable medium and ambient temperatures more effectively.
