A significant part of the production consists of moulded bi-component products, that is which are a combination of rubber with metal, plastic, wood, polyurethane or reinforced with a cord. When it comes to bi-component products, the most important thing is to obtain a permanent and repeatable combination of rubber and component. We guarantee the highest quality of connections thanks to the TBTSM technology (Takoni Bonding Technology), which is the know-how developed over the years and the extremely high technological regime of surface preparation processes and adhesive applications.
TBTSM technology is the subject of industrial property protection on the basis of the submission of the invention, and its competitiveness and extraordinary innovation are proven by customer satisfaction and outstanding results of research and development in the field of:
- the forces of the rubber connection with the component surface,
- strength of the connection to shear and tensile loads,
- resistance of metal elements to corrosion.
Similarly to classic rubber products, we produce a range of bi-components in various colours, shapes, sizes, weights and both in individual (prototype) and multi-run quantities.
This is possible thanks to the extensive machine park, the basis of which are dozens of hydraulic presses 100-1000t and state-of-the-art injection moulding machines 90—650t (injection weight is max. 5000g).
Technological possibilities of rubber processing give us very wide possibilities and allow us to produce the highest quality moulded bi-component products with dimensions up to 3000mm. Currently, the smallest rubber-metal product we produce weighs 0.00001kg.
Depending on the purpose of the product, we use appropriate rubber mixtures in the full hardness range (30-95 ShA) and on the basis of a wide range of rubber bases:
- natural and synthetic: NR, SBR, NR/SBR, NR/BR/SBR, EPDM, EPM, NBR, HNBR, XNBR, NBR/PVC, CR, BR, IIR, CIIR, ACM, AEM, ECO, CSM
- silicone: VMQ, FVMQ,
- fluorinated: FPM, FKM, FFKM, FEPM
Rubber compounds meet the standard requirements of the following standards: ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, KTW, FDA, NSF, EN 681-1, BfR, BS 6920, UL94, FMVSS, NFF, BS 6853, RBB.EDS6, EN 549, EN 682 and individual standards required by customers, e.g. VW 2.8.1, DBL 5556.10, FIAT TA 20-55, VOLVO 412-0001, SCANIA STD4495, PSA S21 5505, GME 06001, XYLEM M0516.2636.33.
