The range of punched products we offer is very wide, which results both from the variety of base materials and from our technologies.
The following materials are used as base materials for the production of punched products: polyurethane and polyethylene foams; solid rubbers; porous rubbers – foam based on EPDM, NBR and CR; technical felts; velour; non-woven fabrics; PTFE; aluminium and graphite foils; composites based on aramid, natural and mineral fibres; bituminous slabs; multi-layer laminates and others.
Depending on the application process, the materials can be laminated on one or two sides. Modern machine park gives the possibility to process base materials using the most effective processing technologies, i.e.: full DIE-cutting; KISS-cutting on transfer supports; CNC cutting and milling, and also water jet cutting.
The manufactured punched products most often perform the functions of acoustic insulation; thermal insulation; sealing; shielding and mechanical protection as well as many other, depending on individual customer requirements.
Our punched products are widely used in the automotive, electronics, household appliances, electronics and construction industries. We achieve high quality and efficiency thanks to the use of modern technologies for the production of self-adhesive and plastic materials. We have also gained a lot of experience in the implementation of very demanding orders in terms of shapes, functions, technical specifications and quality of the final product.
