The tools we use to regularly monitor processes, analyse and remove emerging errors include: MSA, SPC, VDA6.3, VDA 6.5, VDA 2, VDA5, VDA19, VDA MLA(RGA) and CQI.

The planning processes use methods and tools of advanced quality planning (APQP, PPAP), including a feasibility study, FMEA analysis, requalification tests as well as sampling and validation, which result from the analysis of technical data and contract conditions.
As part of increasing research capabilities, we cooperate with accredited external laboratories, i.e.: BOSMAL, SGS, Textilni Zkusebni Ustav, Uniwersytet Bielsko-Bialski, J.S. Hamilton.
